2012 HRCP Program

We are now shipping the 2012 HRCP Program!

The 2012 edition has been updated to reflect changes in the HRCI HR Body of Knowledge, which will take effect beginning with the May-June 2012 test window.  The Strategic Management functional area has been renamed Business Management and Strategy and the Total Rewards functional area is now Compensation and Benefits. The percentage of questions taken from each functional area has also been adjusted as follows:

Business Management and Strategy  PHR 11% - SPHR 30%

Workforce Planning and Employment  PHR 24% - SPHR 17%

Human Resource Development  PHR 18% - SPHR 19%

Compensation and Benefits  PHR 19% - SPHR 13%

Employee and Labor Relations  PHR 20% - SPHR 14%

Risk Management  PHR 8% - SPHR 7%

 

Prices for the 2012 materials will remain the same as the 2011 edition.
