HRCI publishes and sells HRCI Cert Prep—a digital on-demand prep line based on HRCI Exam Content Outlines. Cert Prep is exam-specific (for example, PHR Cert Prep, SPHR Cert Prep, or aPHR Cert Prep).
According to HRCI, Cert Prep packages typically include:

Do I need HRCI Cert Prep to take the PHR or SPHR?
No. HRCI does not require you to buy HRCI Cert Prep to sit for the aPHR, PHR, or SPHR. You can prepare with independent materials such as the HRCP Program, instructor-led courses from training partners, or HRCI’s own Cert Prep line.
